Service Description
Housekeeping services allow you to delegate household tasks/duties to a housekeeper who will help you in turn run your household smoothly. Having your clothes dropped off and collected from the dry cleaners, or food collected and sorted for the week means that you prioritise your time more effectively. These services are in addition to your regular house cleaning that will also be carried out on a daily or weekly time basis. If you want more than just a domestic cleaner, then a housekeeper is for you. Let Simmy's Helping Hands keep your home in top form so you don't have to. Discuss your requirements with us, and we will do the rest. All information packs are sent electronically as we are trying to be Eco Friendly, but if you would like a hard copy, let us know.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a booking you have made prior to your appointment taking place, the following cancellation charges will apply: 1) cancellation made more than 24 hours before the appointment: no charge. 2) cancellation made more than 3 hours, but less than 24 hours before the appointment: cancellation fee will be 25% of the cost of your services. 3) cancellation made less than 3 hours before the appointment: cancellation fee will be 100% of the cost of your services. Please note that if you wish to cancel an appointment, you must do so by contacting your Service Provider direct. Please note that our Agency Fee may not be refunded in the case of a cancellation. Ongoing Services Termination of ongoing services such as domestic cleaner will require a minimum of 1 month's prior written notice to the cleaner and to us. Following termination of this agreement, you are not permitted to employ any Service Provider whom we have introduced to you for a period of 12 months, unless that employment is made through the Website or by contacting Simmy's Helping Hands directly. If a client agrees with a cleaner an ongoing cleaning service and decides that they no longer want to use a regular cleaner service after the first clean, for reasons other than the fault of the Service Provider, the contract may be re-classified as a one-off cleaning project, but in such a case a minimum administration fee of £50.00 for this reclassification will be charged by us to the client. The client agrees that it will not refer a cleaner or any other Service Provider to any other person unless this is made only through the Website. In the event that a client attempts to bypass the Website and deals directly with a cleaner or other Service Provider, a sum of £500 will be payable to us by the client for necessary expenses and losses.
